4pointdesign provides brand identity design, UI/UX design, visual systems, motion design, and related creative services. All services are delivered digitally.
Completing checkout creates a binding agreement. Payments processed via Stripe in EUR.
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered design files. Preliminary concepts and rejected directions remain our property.
We treat all client briefs and materials as confidential. NDAs available on request.
Timelines per package. Client delays in providing feedback extend delivery accordingly.
Included rounds per package. Scope changes quoted separately.
Maximum liability equals the project fee paid.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Refunds per Refund Policy.
