1. Digital services
Because services are delivered digitally and may start shortly after purchase, refund eligibility depends on the project stage.
2. Before work starts
If you request a refund before work begins, we may provide a full refund.
3. After work starts
If work has started, refunds may be partial or not available, depending on delivered milestones and time spent.
4. After delivery
Once the final deliverables are delivered, refunds are generally not available. If there is an error in delivery, we will fix it within scope.
