We provide professional digital services. Deliverables are provided electronically (email and/or secure download). No physical goods are shipped.
2. Scope and delivery
Scope is defined by the package selected and any add-ons purchased. We may request additional inputs to proceed (files, access, guidelines). Delivery timelines depend on responsiveness and scope.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely. We do not store card details. By completing checkout, you authorize payment for the selected package and add-ons.
4. Revisions
Packages include a limited number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may require an additional fee.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to request work that violates laws, third-party rights, or platform rules. We may refuse or stop work if the request is unlawful.
